| You have 30 days on any Brand New item or 45 days on any Like New, Used or Open Box items sold at thelowex.com. All returns must include the original packaging, plastic bags, cable, etc. It must also include the manufacturer’s documentation which includes papers manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.The original UPC barcode must be intact on the box. Do not use the original retail box as a packaging box, to return the item. |
| How to Return an Item for Refund |

Just fill out the our Return Form with the necessary information related to your order. Once you have filled out the form, just pack and send the product back to us along with the return form. Once we have received the item, we either refund your order in full or we will exchange the item if an exchange has been requested from you. If you do not qualify for a Return due to the order exceeding the 30 days return period, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty on brand new items sold at theLowex.com.
